Ordinance No. 16-009 Vacating NW Tidland Parkway, also known as NW Rolling Hills Drive
Details: This Ordinance vacates the NW Tidland Parkway right-of-way that was deeded to the City under Clark County Auditor's File No. 3278493. This right-of-way is now located in the preliminarily approved Belz Place Subdivision. The vacation request applicant, Pahlisch Homes at Belz Place, LLC, will be required to dedicate the new right-of-way alignment prior to receiving final acceptance of construction improvements of Belz Place Phase 1.
