REP 18-147 1D. Informational ReportGrass Valley Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Raffle Request Details: The Grass Valley PTA requests to hold a raffle as part of the 8th annual school carnival fundraiser to be held on May 18, 2018. Camas Municipal Code (CMC) 9.20.090 requires bona fide charitable and non-profit groups obtain written permission from Council before conducting such a raffle within the Camas city limits. The PTA has experience conducting raffles and has provided the police department with sufficient information to ensure the raffle is properly operated.
