The new title of the position is Information Technology Director and this resolution created the changes for that position. Additionally, this resolution set the salary scales for all non-represented positions for 2016. The changed scales reflect a 2.5% cost-of-living increase over 2015 scales with the exception of the Information Technology Director and the Parks and Recreation Manager positions.
