In addition, there are two supplemental items: increasing the budget for Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) overtime and correcting indirect costing budget for the Cemetery. As provided by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 35A.34, Council held a public hearing regarding the budget amendments on November 21, 2016. The record remained open, so the public hearing was resumed, giving the public the opportunity for any additional comments. Upon closure of the public hearing, Council considered Ordinance No. 16-026.
