Title: Consultant Services Agreement for Wells 6 and 14 Pipeline Design Details: Well 6 and Well 14 in the City's Washougal Wellfield are hydraulically connected; however, only one well can operate at a time due to limitations in the pipeline system from the well sites to the distribution system. City staff have solicited consultant services to redesign and increase capacity of the pipeline system so both wells may operate simultaneously, which increases the City's ability to supply drinking water to citizens. BergerABAM was selected to prepare construction documents so the City may bid this project in the near future. BergerABAM has submitted a proposal in the amount of $78,649.23.
