Title: City of Vancouver Interlocal Agreement for Traffic Safety Grant Award Administration Details: The Washington State Traffic Safety Commission has awarded the City of Vancouver with a local traffic safety grant in the amount of $141,140.00 to be used by all participating Clark County law enforcement agencies. The City of Vancouver serves as the fiscal agent for the grant funds. The grant funds may be used to off-set overtime for police officers who are working on special emphasis patrols focused on removing intoxicated drivers from the roadways.
