Title: Interlocal Agreement with Clark County for Street/Stormwater Debris Processing and Disposal Details: To meet requirements of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Stormwater Permit, the City has participated for many years in regional recycling efforts with Clark County and other municipalities in the County operating under interlocal agreements for the decant, processing and disposal of debris and waste generated form street sweeping and catch basin cleaning activities. Over the past several months, a steering committee consisting of all regional partners have worked to develop a new interlocal agreement and rate structure.
