Title: Resolution No. 17-003 Adopting the Clark Regional Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan (NHMP) Details: Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency (CRESA) formed a regional partnership comprised of Clark County cities and special purpose districts to completely revise and update the expired 2004 Clark Regional NHMP. The result of this effort will be a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved multi-jurisdictional, multi-hazard mitigation plan that meets federal mandates and establishes eligibility for hazard mitigation grant funding to implement hazard mitigation measures specified in the City's annex. The NHMP will be evaluated and revised on an annual 5-year time frame. Staff presented the Clark Regional NHMP at the March 6, 2017 Council Workshop.
