Title: Design Review for Pedestrian Bridge  Details:  A new, 150-foot long pedestrian bridge will be constructed over Round Lake, and east of the Everett Street Bridge. The bridge will also include a sanitary sewer force main under the walking surface that will be part of the North Shore Sewer Transmission System. The north side of the bridge will be within the city's Open Space (OS) Park Zone (Parcel #124242-000) and the south side will be on Clark County park property.  For new developments in park zones, the Camas Municipal Code, Section 18.32.040, states, "The Parks & Recreation Commission shall conduct design review and find that the development is generally consistent with the design standards of CMC Chapter 18.19 Design Review."
