Title: Consultant Services for Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment for Potential Reservoir Site Details: Staff has been working on siting a new 544-Foot Pressure Zone Reservoir near Prune Hill Elementary just north of NW 18th Avenue. Staff has been working with a private property owner on purchasing a portion of their property for the project. The work to date has included survey, geotechnical drilling and a cultural survey. During this preliminary work, consultants identified potential environmental risks on the site. As a due diligence measure, staff has asked BergerABAM to prepare a proposal to conduct a Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment. The assessment will help characterize the presence or potential presence of environmental hazards on the property. BergerABAM has submitted a scope of work in the amount of $27,163.
