Title: Resolution No. 15-016 Green Mountain Planned Residential Development (PRD) Sanitary Sewer Development Agreement Details: A resolution that adopted the Green Mountain PRD Sanitary Sewer Development Agreement. A public hearing regarding the proposed development agreement was held on November 2, 2015. Upon closing the public hearing, the City Council provided direction for the City Attorney to draft a resolution approving the proposed development agreement with the amendment of making the effective date of the agreement the date of the recording.
