Recommended Action

Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Hearing Examiner review the application materials, together with any testimony received at the public hearing and render a decision consistent with the applicable city codes and state laws. Staff finds that this application has the ability to meet code requirements as conditioned in this report and recommends APPROVAL of the preliminary plat for The Village at Camas Meadows Subdivision (SUB15-04).
